Heather Marion BRACE Passed away peacefully on Sunday 7th August 2011 at her home in Fenstanton with her family around her.
Much loved wife of David and loving daughter of Peggy A very special mum to Clare and Neil and loving granny to Harry, Ethan , Edie and Tom.
The funeral service is to take place on Friday 12th August 2011 at Cambridge City Crematorium, West Chapel at 9.45am.
