Dear members,

There has been one reported crime for Fenstanton, between the periods of Sunday 6th - Sunday 13th December 2015.

Between the dates of Friday 11th and Monday 14th December 2015. Unknown offender(s) have gained entry to a summer house in OAKLANDS, by removing the door off its hinges. Nothing was taken due to being empty!

Suspicious Circumstances

On Saturday 12th December 2015 at approx. 22:00hrs, a resident in HEADLANDS (Near to CHURCH LEYS end) informed their neighbour of a person who had jumped their fence and also jumped the neighbour's fence to the gardens. No descriptions were obtained. An area search was conducted, however no trace.

Please be vigilant, especially in view of the crime and suspicious circumstances reported above. If you do have sheds in the garden, make sure you remove anything of value.

There have been several burglaries in the St Ives area this week. Evening and daytime, however most have been after dark. There have been varying methods of entry.

Please be vigilant. Please do invest in some timers, this can give the illusion that someone is at home. Place timers not only lights but also televisions/radios.

Kind Regards

St Ives Safer Neighbourhood Team
